Head of Sales Opportunity

Job Summary:

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our UK sales team. As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for cultivating new business development opportunities across various markets, including Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales strategies to expand our presence in the Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the MRO supply chain.
  • Drive sales growth through effective account management and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to junior sales team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in Engineering Supplies or Industrial Distribution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
