Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales strategies to expand our presence in the Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the MRO supply chain.
  • Drive sales growth through effective account management and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to junior sales team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or account management role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution sectors, including MRO supply chains.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
