Head of Sales - MRO Engineering and Industrial Distribution

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales to lead our sales team in the MRO Engineering and Industrial Distribution sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the MRO Engineering and Industrial Distribution sector
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing new business opportunities
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience of the MRO Engineering and Industrial Distribution sector
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly in presentations packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel
