Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing analytical skills to assess market trends and leverage Salesforce for effective sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate customer projects and product requirements from enquiry to delivery
- Work closely with Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Executives, and Sector Sales Executives
- Support the development of concepts by liaising with the Factory and sales colleagues
- Complete actions from key account and departmental meetings
- Provide the first point of contact for new customers over the phone to understand the enquiry and take relevant action as appropriate
- Help customers select the right product on the phone by explaining the features and benefits
- Convert enquiries from new customers into sales
- Manage assigned clients and be responsible for retention and growth of the re-selected accounts. May have a sales budget to achieve.
- Charge freight costs to customers.
- Maintain and update the CRM and other systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
