Business Growth Specialist

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with senior management to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
