About the Role

A dynamic People & Culture Administrator is sought to support the ongoing success of a market-leading construction and plant hire firm. As a key member of the HR team, you will contribute to driving sustainability and enhancing the company culture.

This exciting opportunity requires someone who can effectively manage employee lifecycles, ensure accurate records, and collaborate with the payroll team to set up new starters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
  • Draft contracts and necessary correspondence.
  • Ensure timely completion of probationary periods, DBS, and RTW checks.
  • Support the wider HR team in large-scale projects and admin tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting a People Team in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001.
  • Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Salary: £32,500 per annum
