About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Care Specialist to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their daily lives. This rewarding role involves providing personalized care, promoting independence, and enabling individuals to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping services to service users
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including emotional support and social interaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users
  • Support individuals with activities, hobbies, and socializing
  • Maintain accurate records of service users' needs and progress
