As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized support to vulnerable adults, tailored to their unique needs and preferences
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service, meeting the needs of our service users
- Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders
We offer a range of benefits, including:
