The Role:

This is a multifaceted role offering exposure to a wide range of business functions. Working closely with the Director, you will support the management of contractors and associates for projects and provide assistance across operations, HR, marketing, and finance. The position offers significant scope for development and growth within the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor/Associate Management: Assist with onboarding, engagement, and project coordination for contractors and associates.
  • HR Support: Help manage HR processes, including maintaining records, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting employee and contractor engagement initiatives.
  • Operational Assistance: Contribute to streamlining workflows, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining internal documentation and systems.
  • Marketing Coordination: Support the execution of marketing activities, including social media management, campaign tracking, and content creation.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, reporting, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update records across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Event Coordination: Help organise internal and external events, such as team meetings, workshops, and community engagements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and implement solutions to increase efficiency.


About You:

  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate and with a real driver in helping others
  • Experience in Operations, HR, Marketing, or Finance is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
