Role Overview:
Leisure People Recruitment is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior directors and their central teams to deliver a joined-up HR strategy.

Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent across the organisation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective recruitment processes.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations to secure top candidates.

Employee Engagement and Development:
- Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and productivity.
- Create and execute training programs to develop skills and knowledge across the organisation.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support career development.

Compensation and Benefits:
A competitive basic salary of up to £65K, annual performance-related bonus of up to 25%, 5 weeks holiday rising to 30 days with service plus bank holidays, company car or £6k car allowance, life assurance, and free gym membership for the family.
