**Your mission**:
As Epson's Talent Strategy Lead, your pivotal role involves shaping the organization's people agenda and contributing to the overarching HR strategy. You will partner closely with the HR Director and leaders to optimize Epson as a key brand in the market to attract and retain talent. Your role involves developing and driving strategic talent management strategies which align with European business objectives and translating them into actionable plans with measurable impact. You will lead projects across multiple European countries, engaging with executive leaders to embed integrated talent strategies and collaborating with the HR function, coaching and building capability within the team. This position has the flexibility to be located either in the UK (Hemel Hempstead office) or the Netherlands (Amsterdam office).

**What you will do**:

- Contribute to the overall HR Strategy as a member of the HR Leadership team, proposing solutions to optimize Epson as an employer of choice.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the talent function, aligning with HR strategy and business objectives.
- Lead strategic talent projects across diverse European countries, engaging Executive Leaders to ensure relevance.
- Design and communicate integrated talent strategies, collaborating with HR for consistent delivery.
- Coach and build capability within the HR team, ensuring the talent strategy is embedded in all programs.
- Prioritize internal talent development through cross-functional programs, mentoring, and diversity initiatives.
- Create and monitor performance against Talent KPIs, driving continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborate externally, representing Epson on professional bodies, and ensuring up-to-date knowledge transfer.
- Act as a departmental expert, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and contributing to audits and budgets.
- Deputize for the HR Director, ensuring team continuity, and lead the team towards meeting objectives.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the function.

**What we ask for**:

- Extensive experience in strategic talent management role in a complex matrix and multi-country environment.
- Demonstrable experience leading a talent strategy across the entire talent lifecycle.
- Proven ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong results focus.
- Commercially astute with the ability to drive a strategy for business growth.
- Experience leading a team and influencing others without hierarchical authority.
- Bachelor's degree (or of graduate calibre), ideally Post Graduate qualification in HR, and CIPD qualified to MCIPD level.
- Ideally, experience working with Works Councils, understanding consultation requirements.
- Strong data analytics and insight skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, other languages are desirable.
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office.
