About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at Achieve together. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement support plans to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Plan and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Recruit and develop team members to achieve their full potential
