Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the nursing team
- Support the Ward Manager in coordinating the on-call service and managing ward budgets
- Lead by example, acting as a role model to all members of the nursing team
- Empower recovery and deliver supervision to staff across the ward
- Utilize and supervise all nursing staff effectively
- Maintain a positive and collaborative environment to allow ward members to reach their potential
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
- Relevant experience in a similar environment
- Proven track record of leadership skills
- Annual salary of £37,500 - £41,600 DoE
