Institutional Sales Professional

As an Institutional Sales professional, you will play a key role in growing Optiver's DCP (direct counterparty) franchise. This involves assisting traders in their direct trading with counterparts, guiding on sequence dialogue, and providing context to help trading price most effectively.
You will also support trading's growing understanding of both individual and wider DCP sector trading, to help inform their trading efforts. Additionally, you will develop participant profiles, reports, and analyses, and work with the marketing team to develop and maintain content as it pertains to direct trading initiatives.
Requirements- Extensive experience in Cash Equity Institutional Sales
- Detailed knowledge of and established professional network in the UK and US cash equity market
- Strong experience building relationships within cash equities space and strong selling capabilities
- Willingness to travel and meet face to face with prospective and current counterparties
- Entrepreneurial mindset willing to take ownership in order to develop exciting projects
