About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Institutional Sales Professional to join our team at Marlin Selection Ltd. As a key member of our sales desk, you will be responsible for covering institutional clients across real money, HFs, and official institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales people on the regional coverage model which extends to the UK, Europe, Middle East, and select geographies in the Americas.
- Provide proactive, comprehensive, and timely input on client activity, be adept in managing internal and external stakeholders, and help grow sustainable institutional annuity income streams.
- Be comfortable with EM FICC products and possessing a good understanding of cross currency and FX basis is a plus.
Requirements
- Junior Institutional sales person with prior flow sales experience (repo, sec lending, fx or rates), someone that is curious, focused, proactive, and keen.
- An independent self-starter that is motivated to help us build and expand an institutional flow platform and eager to expand its new initiatives (Carbon).
