Head of Sales Performance Optimization

At Redefined Ltd, we're seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Sales Performance Optimization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in driving sales excellence and process improvement.
About the Role:
We're looking for an individual who can effectively manage and develop telephony, email, and social campaigns for our direct sales channels. As Head of Sales Performance Optimization, you'll be responsible for analyzing data and insights to identify areas for improvement and implementing process refinements that drive results. Your focus will be on optimizing campaign conversion rates, reducing abandonment rates, ensuring optimal call cadence, improving conversion to fund rates, and streamlining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll work closely with our senior management team to ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements, including FSA and RCSA parameters.
- As part of your duties, you'll identify emerging customer trends and stay ahead of the market by leveraging technology, customer, and intermediary trends.
- One of your key objectives will be to implement best practices that reduce processing times, minimize errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
- You'll track and report on key performance metrics related to operational activities, including workflow management, customer satisfaction levels, and operational efficiencies.
- As a liaison between our operations team and senior management, you'll provide updates on operational performance and address any significant issues affecting service delivery.
- As a leader, you'll set high standards and model behavior that aligns with our company's values and vision.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in managing telephony sales teams, along with extensive knowledge of commercial/corporate lending products and services. Experience in managing teams and improving operational workflows is also essential. If you have a proven track record in these areas, we'd love to hear from you
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is not negotiable.
