Fashion Jobs is seeking a skilled Fragrance & Beauty Sales Professional to join our team in Cheadle. As a key player in the beauty industry, this role will focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance.
About the Role
This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £22k per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare, creating personalized experiences for clients, and ensuring excellence in client service. They will also build and develop long-lasting relationships with clients, contribute to sales performance, and uphold an omni-channel mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a service-oriented approach, confidence in applying product expertise to client needs, fragrance and beauty product knowledge, empathy and active listening skills, and a passion for Fragrance & Beauty products. They will be energized by fostering meaningful client experiences, achieving sustainable growth and performance, and working in a highly collaborative environment.
