Job Title: UKI Business Development Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Director to lead our business development efforts in the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving double-digit growth and sustainable profit increases across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Lead the sales, solution architecture, and CTO functions to deliver continuous double-digit profitable growth.
- Nordcloud Partnership: Own the Nordcloud and IBM partnership at the executive level, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Market Strategies: Define market strategies and campaigns to drive greater performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Oversight: Oversee delivery and support functions, ensuring they are well-aligned with business needs.
- Clients and Partners: Develop relationships with C-level executives at current and potential clients, providing thought leadership and industry expertise.
- Leadership and Inspiration: Inspire and motivate all stakeholders, both internal and external, to enhance Nordcloud's vision and industry position.
- Bid-Winning Approaches: Set an example for best practice and achievement through winning bids, showcasing our capabilities and expertise.
Requirements:
- Business Development Expertise: 3+ years of direct experience in business development, including working with hyperscalers.
- UK Market Experience: 3+ years of direct experience in the UK market for the enterprise sector.
- Sales Leadership: 3+ years of direct sales leadership experience.
- Technology Scale-Up: 3+ years of working within a technology scale-up.
