Head of UKI and Nordics Sales

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Go-To-Market strategy in the UKI and Nordics region, driving revenue growth and success in this strategically important market for Figma.
About the Role:
- Evaluate and implement playbooks and systems necessary to support high-growth teams, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Develop and refine growth and acquisition strategies through data-driven insights, segment-specific value drivers, and compelling stories, informing business decisions and optimizing outcomes.
- Cultivate strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance revenue opportunities, improving deal progressions and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire a team of successful Account Executives and Account Managers across various segments, crafting scalable, data-driven processes that drive team and company goals.
- Be accountable for selling to existing customers and net new customers, driving revenue growth and expanding Figma's presence in the UKI and Nordics region.
- Interview, hire, and train new team members as we scale the business, fostering a culture of excellence and development.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- 3+ years of experience in second-line leadership, with a focus on managing high-performing teams.
- Prior experience leading both managers and Enterprise Sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to drive success against goals across your teams.
- Experience working in the UK market, with a deep understanding of the local business landscape and cultural nuances.
- Understanding of Figma's technical and competitive landscape, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment, with the skills to work within ambiguity and uncertainty.
Competitive Salary and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. Our comprehensive compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
