Executive Assistant to the School Senior Leadership Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our school senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and wants to make a real difference in the lives of students and staff.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and members of the senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. This includes supporting with finance, HR, and compliance tasks, as well as providing cover for absent members of the administrative team.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and ensuring data is recorded and used appropriately in accordance with the school's policies. You will also work closely with parents and external agencies, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional and friendly.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and senior leadership team, including diary management, word processing, filing, and photocopying.
- Maintain accurate pupil and staff information on school systems, producing reports as required.
- Support with finance, including purchasing, invoicing, payments, and banking, as well as maintaining stock and ordering resources.
- Liaise with parents and external agencies, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all interactions are professional and friendly.
- Provide cover for absent members of the administrative team and support with whole-school events.
