What You’ll Do:

As an AGM, you’ll work closely with the General Manager at Par Sands, gaining hands-on experience across all key operational areas and business processes. • Collaborate with and lead teams to meet business goals
  • Attend key sales and operational meetings in locations such as Birmingham, London, and Portsmouth
  • Maintain high standards of numeracy and literacy to support business operations

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working within the holiday park or hospitality sector as a head of department is essential.

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrable experience in several of the following areas:

  • Retail operations
  • Health and Safety management
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Team leadership

While Par Sands will be your base for the duration of your development, the General Manager role you are training for may be located at any of our parks across the Southwest or elsewhere in the UK. Flexibility and a willingness to relocate are key

How to Apply:

Please submit the following:

  1. One-page covering letter detailing what you consider to be the most important attributes of an Assistant General Manager and how your experience meets these requirements.
  2. Your CV outlining your relevant experience.
  3. Be prepared to complete a numeracy and literacy test as part of the recruitment process.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership potential and the passion to progress into a senior role within the holiday park industry. Apply today and take the next step in your career
