Now approaching our 25th anniversary, Charlie Bigham’s is the number one brand in the chilled prepared meal category. With over 50 recipes available in major supermarkets, our distinctive wooden trays and illustrated packaging make us instantly recognisable on-shelf.

Bigham’s has achieved impressive YOY growth since launch and we continue to grow in a sustainable way. We now employ over 650 people across two thriving kitchens in London and Somerset. Main Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to join our amazing Commercial Team and be on the forefront of our business as you will be responsible for the development of enduring relationships with Bigham’s grocery retail customers, leveraging these relationships in order to deliver profitable business in line with the commercial strategy.

The Commercial Executive will be working closely with Bigham’s marketing and food team develop and deliver market beating customer growth plans through collaboration with customers.

Therefore, we are looking for an eager early career professional who has the following:

- University degree
- 0 - 2 years experience in a similar position or in a account management or business development type positions
- Highly motivated & proactive
- Analytical mindset with good problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- High level of computer literacy especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of FMCG and retail - highly desired.
