**Role and Responsibilities**:As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will take charge of overseeing the customer service function, ensuring the seamless interaction between the company and its clients. Your role will encompass:
- Leading and supervising the customer service team to foster a motivated and positive environment.
- Monitoring team performance and metrics, coaching for enhanced effectiveness.
- Handling customer complaint escalations with poise and efficiency.
- Developing and refining customer service processes to exceed expectations.
- Collaborating across departments to relay and utilize customer feedback.
- Conducting training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Analyzing customer service data to drive improvements and highlight successes.
