Job Description

The Commercial CRM & Online Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in bringing the Global brand to life for B2B stakeholders, leveraging a range of marketing channels and disciplines. This includes managing the Showpad and Commercial Hub sales enablement platform, working with senior stakeholders to manage content upload, training, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of managing PAID campaigns across LinkedIn and META platforms to support marketing campaigns. They will also be responsible for delivering targets with the Commercial Marketing Teams to keep the Global B2B website updated with the latest content.

Key responsibilities include managing the distribution of Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) using Pardot, working with SEO consultants to deliver on the SEM strategy, and managing the integration of Social & events led strategies into the website. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining great business partner relationships across their relevant area and with external clients.

Requirements include a strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and its importance in driving business-generating traffic, as well as experience working with Salesforce and/or integrated Marketing Automation software. The ideal candidate will also have a keen desire and ability to use and integrate new technologies and systems into the Marketing function.
