Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team in Rugby, offering a salary of £26,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative duties, including data entry, call handling, and project support.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Data entry and maintenance using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Managing accommodation requirements for clients and staff.
  • Placing orders and raising invoices via Sage 50.
  • Collating and reconciling month-end information for finance.
  • Supporting project administration tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office suite. They will also have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.

This role offers a flexible working arrangement, with regular working hours from 09:00-17:00 (Monday-Thursday) and 09:00-16:00 (Friday).
