Senior Contract Administrator

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Civil Engineering Contractor as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be based in Rugby and will work closely with the project team to deliver an initial Carbon Capture project in Liverpool.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Leading the commercial function for the project, providing expertise on contract administration, valuation, and cost management.
- Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate commercial risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports and documents, including valuations, applications for payment, and cost reports.
- Collaborating with the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry qualification and experience in senior quantity surveying roles.
- Strong understanding of NEC 3 Option A contracts and CEMAR software.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a commercial environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and stakeholder expectations.
