Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the charge in introducing our products to new markets, expanding our customer base, and driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, venues, and industry partners.
- Represent our brand at industry events, tastings, and festivals, sharing our story and vision with key players.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create impactful campaigns and generate buzz around our brewery.
- Analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies to ensure our brand's continued growth and relevance.
We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (base salary: £30,000-£35,000, plus commission up to £75,000/annum)
