Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion. This role will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute strategies that increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Tender Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and submit tenders for contracts up to £100k.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning the company's services to meet them.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively. A proven track record of business development and sales success is essential.
