Key Account Business Developer

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Business Developer to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
About the Role- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations through excellent service delivery.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding client satisfaction targets.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, providing actionable insights for future improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, maximizing revenue growth and profitability.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, consistently achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
