We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Hartlepool, United Kingdom.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiation and Contract Renewal: Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
