Job Overview
As a Business Development Specialist at beBee Professionals in Hartlepool, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to drive long-term business growth. About the Role

Maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact, and provide excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A degree in a related field, preferably with a background in sales or account management. Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
