We are seeking an experienced Individual Development Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Hartlepool. As an Individual Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
About the Role:- This position requires providing person-centred support to service users, enabling them to develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Facilitating access to community resources and services to promote social inclusion and participation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is essential; certification in healthcare or social work is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build effective relationships with service users and their families.
