Job Title: Care Support Specialist

About the Role:
As a Care Support Specialist at Randstad, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day care and assistance to help them thrive and build a positive future.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their overall well-being and independence.
  • Assist with daily routines, educational preparation, and engaging activities that foster personal growth and development.
  • Develop strong relationships with service users, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.


What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus bonuses: £1,760 for sleep-ins, £1,000 Attendance Allowance, £1,000 Welcome & Loyalty Bonuses

Requirements:
