Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Health Specialist to lead and develop a family-centered public health approach, working with individuals, families, and communities to improve health and tackle inequalities. The salary range for this position is £28,000 - £36,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent illness.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, social services, and community groups to deliver comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain current knowledge of local and national issues affecting public health, ensuring the delivery of best practice.
Requirements:
- Hold or be working towards a specialist community public health nurse (SCPHN) qualification in Health Visiting.
- Commit to delivering high-quality care and maintaining current knowledge of public health issues.
- Be passionate about improving health outcomes and reducing health inequalities.
