Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can work as part of an integrated locality 0-19 Early Help team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing an allocated caseload, promoting the health and wellbeing of the 0-5 population, and using evidence-based practice to plan, deliver, and evaluate public health interventions.

You will be expected to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and communities to improve health and tackle inequalities. Additionally, you will contribute to the on-going development of the health visiting offer within the Early Help Locality Teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of organizing and managing workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to cope with different work environments
  • General computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £43,772 - £58,306 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including the option to remain within the NHS pension or access the local government pension scheme. Annual professional registration fees (NMC) will be reimbursed, and you will have the opportunity to participate in hybrid working and flexible hours (where appropriate).
