Residential Support Specialist

At Semester, we are seeking a Residential Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 12+ months experience in youth housing and refugee services, holding a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. The successful candidate will undergo mandatory training, including safeguarding.
- We prioritize the support of young people in various living arrangements, asylum and refugee services, leaving care support, housing support, and outreach to families and young people.
This position offers flexible shifts, including day, night, and 24-hour sleep shifts, with long-term positions available. We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
