About the Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our service users, including assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence and self-advocacy. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans, and provide feedback and insights to help improve our services.

We offer a competitive salary of around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as access to training and development opportunities, and a range of discounts and rewards. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we'd love to hear from you.
