Business Expansion Manager

Sterling Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Business Expansion Manager to join their team. This role involves leading the development of new business opportunities, managing sales teams, and driving sales growth in the manufacturing and supply of products for high temperature and extreme environments.
Main Responsibilities
* Leading the development of new business opportunities through research and market analysis
* Managing and motivating sales teams to achieve sales targets
* Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the UK and international markets
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
What We Offer
* A competitive salary range of £35,000-£40,000 per annum DOE + Quarterly Bonus
* 30 days annual leave including bank holidays
* Opportunity to work with a growing client in the manufacturing industry
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales leadership and management
* Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and lead sales teams to achieve results
* Strong technical knowledge of industrial applications and systems
