About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our senior leadership team.
• You will be responsible for leading a small finance team and working closely with the Managing Director to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's growth plans.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the Managing Director and other senior leaders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role.
• Strong understanding of finance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

What We Offer:
