About the PositionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Case London Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team to drive sales productivity, efficiency, and customer service levels to new heights.
Key Accountabilities- Manage sales performance and ensure staff productivity aligns with company targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to identify collaborative opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales figures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position, or 2 years' experience as a supervisor.
- Natural leadership skills with a passion for luxury stationery and exceptional customer service.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment where creativity meets operational excellence.
