Customer Service Director

Farmfoods Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Director to lead our team in Wood Green, Haringey, Greater London. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including:

Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to your team members
