About the Role
The Customer Service Director will oversee quality assurance across our growing team, training new team members, and handling tickets. This full-time role is based in London.

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our customer service team, ensuring excellent, high-touch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in customer care processes to train team members
  • Conduct quality assurance for team members to support development and growth
  • Onboard new team members
  • Manage complex tickets via email/other platforms
  • Analyze trends in customer issues to reduce inbound inquiries
  • Interact with our fulfillment warehouse to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Frequent reporting to monitor team performance

Requirements

  • Excellent written English

  • Tech literate and able to learn new software

We estimate a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per year for this position, depending on experience.
