Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Director to lead our London-based team and drive customer satisfaction. This is a critical role within Marken, a subsidiary of UPS and a leading provider of healthcare logistics services.

About the Role

This senior leadership position requires someone with exceptional people management skills, able to motivate and develop a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and developing solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Relationship Managers and Agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, account managers, and operational functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop targeted solutions to improve service performance.
  • Manage special requests from customers and work closely with logistics teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Attend meetings with clients to discuss program status and relevant service issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
