Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients across the West Midlands, Mid-Wales, and South West regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
