Salary: circa £45,000 per annum.
Job OverviewThis role is responsible for managing the customer experience across our books and case studies portfolio, ensuring seamless interactions and enhancing user satisfaction.
- Develop Customer-Centric Products: Design and deliver products that cater to customer needs, driving engagement and loyalty.
- Lead User Research: Conduct user research to inform product development, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Analyse Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform product decisions.
- Deliver Business Results: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and enhance user experience.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or product development.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
