We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in fitness jobs, seeking an experienced professional to fill this exciting role.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience, offering a competitive package for a successful candidate.

About the Job

In this position, you will be responsible for managing relationships with large multisite gym operators, developing innovative onboarding and training models, and coordinating HQ training days.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
  2. Develop targeted training programs to educate fitness managers and instructors about music and fitness.
  3. Facilitate onsite training sessions to deliver exceptional service experiences.
  4. Promote the benefits of our music services to drive client adoption and retention.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in the leisure and fitness industry.
  • Strong understanding of group fitness trends and operations.
  • Ability to develop innovative onboarding and training models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
