**About the Role:**

Aston Charles is seeking a skilled Sales Development Executive to join its growing Partnerships Team. As a key distribution channel, this team provides insurance solutions to large associations worldwide.

The successful candidate will develop the Partnership proposition in line with new business campaigns and build a pipeline of new prospects. They will also establish relationships with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, marketing, compliance, and legal.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop Partnership proposition aligned with new business campaigns
  • Nurture a pipeline of new business prospects
  • Foster relationships with internal teams

**Requirements:**

  • Experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Exposure to the Partnerships / Affinities / Schemes distribution model
