Job Summary

A strategic role has been created to join Tonic Healthcare as Outreach & Partnerships Manager. This position will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to support the company's ongoing business growth plans.

The successful applicant will work within the commercial team, thinking strategically and adapting rapidly to change. They will be fully supported by the senior management team to develop a range of partnerships from initial outreach to service mobilisation and hand-over.

The organisation offers a high-impact community health services portfolio including mental health, substance misuse, children's services, integrated lifestyle services, and more. As Outreach & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring their effectiveness and expansion of reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to support business growth plans
  • Work with the commercial team to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners and develop new ones
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure effective partnership working arrangements
  • Contribute to the development of the organisation's community health services portfolio

Requirements:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual with a successful track record in managing engagement activities and partnership working. Experience gained in a similar healthcare environment (public health, community health) would be beneficial. A strong ability to think strategically and adapt rapidly to change is essential.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
