Director of Client Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Director of Client Partnerships to join our team at Howarths. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to the overall strategic objectives for the business, providing insights and data on client behaviour, retention, and growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a senior client success, account management, or a similar role within B2B, ideally professional services. They will also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport with clients.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the board of directors to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success, retention, and revenue growth, and developing and implementing strategies to retain clients for the long term, ensuring consistent renewal of annual contracts.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday, bank holidays, and a pension scheme.
