Head of Strategic Partnership Development

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Head of Strategic Partnership Development. This is a critical role that requires a commercially astute and driven individual to develop and implement effective partnership strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
About the Job:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the onboarding and existing partners teams to ensure seamless transition and high-quality customer outcomes.
About You:
- A deep understanding of the regulatory and risk landscape.
- Experience in a similar role in the automotive or breakdown sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Able to lead and mentor a team to achieve business outcomes.
The Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
